We aim to let our relaxed, professional approach guide you through your exciting day. With over 30 years’ combined experience as professional wedding photographers, we offer a friendly and individual service. We cover a wide range of styles during each wedding – as well as the traditional family photographs if required, we shall also be photographing more candid, unposed shots as they arise to ensure beautifully natural results. These types of photographs are much more flattering as the smiles and laughter are natural rather than “staged” and it also leaves you free to spend more time with your guests instead of the photography dominating your day. It also means that your final wedding album will contain a delightful range of beautiful, modern and relaxed photographs for you to treasure in years to come.

We work as a two photographer team so I am normally accompanied by my wife Elaine, which means a far greater range of images for you – as well as the laughter and excitement surrounding the happy couple, we will also ensure that the fun, behind-the-scenes moments are captured in a more reportage, documentary style. For example, a different angle during the ceremony, the flower girls playing with the confetti, details of your decorations and your guests enjoying the drinks reception – the two cameras capture so much more of the atmosphere and emotions of your special day.

We cover approximately 35 weddings per year (over 700 now and counting!) and we do not discriminate against any age, race, religion or sexual orientation. Our aim is to keep your wedding day as relaxed as possible and we do not seek to take over. We are easy-going and blend into the background while capturing the images of your day, but we can also be confident enough to take charge of a situation and to organise guests for group shots etc if you require.

All of our packages include a mixture of colour, black & white and sepia photography, as well as more artistic digital effects if desired. The final say as to how your wedding album will be presented obviously lies with you, so we always aim to be flexible and work together with each couple to achieve a result that is truly personal and unique to them.
